Qualifications

• Familiarity with ITSM/ITOM/SecOps modules and compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Administer ServiceNow instances: user provisioning, roles, ACLs, groups, and delegated admin.
• Configure security controls and ongoing platform hardening (MFA/SSO, encryption).
• Plan upgrades, patches, and health checks; monitor logs and security events.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and remediation.
