Zusammenfassung

Pfizer is seeking a Manager, ServiceNow Senior Platform Administrator to own the health, stability, and security of Pfizer’s ServiceNow platform across ITSM, ITOM/HAM, CSM, HRSD, and more. You will manage user access, environment monitoring, upgrades, and platform configuration for a large multi-prod setup with 1.5M users and 10K Fulfillers.

You’ll partner with Product Owners, Developers, Release Manager, Security Lead, and Integration Lead to ensure performance and compliance while mentoring

Qualifikationen

• At least 3 years hands-on ServiceNow platform administration.
• Experience upgrading and patching ServiceNow releases.
• Strong knowledge of platform security, ACLs, and access controls.
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for configurations.
• CSA certification is required.
• Ability to work independently in a complex enterprise.

• Own day-to-day administration across production and non-prod environments.
• Plan and execute platform upgrades, patches, cloning, and release validation.
• Monitor platform health and troubleshoot incidents.
• Maintain system documentation and runbooks.
• Support evaluation of new platform capabilities like Now Assist.
