DXC Technology invites an experienced Senior ServiceNow Platform Engineer to manage and optimize the ServiceNow platform across enterprise environments. You will administer the platform, drive automation, and orchestrate integrations with various systems.

The role blends platform engineering, development, and IT operations to ensure a secure, reliable, and scalable service. The ideal candidate brings hands-on ServiceNow administration and development expertise, including JavaScript, UI policies,

Qualifications

7+ years in IT/software engineering or platform engineering.
3+ years administering or engineering the ServiceNow platform.
Experience with upgrades, patches, cloning, releases, and instance management.
Strong understanding of security, roles, ACLs, users and platform config.
Hands-on JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.

Responsibilities

Administer, maintain, and optimize the ServiceNow platform across dev, test, and prod environments.
Ensure platform availability, security, scalability, and performance.
Plan and execute upgrades, patches, cloning, releases, and environment maintenance.
Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers.
Build automation and reusable solutions to improve efficiency and reliability.
Provide technical leadership and collaboration across IT teams.
