Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computing or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in IT/software/platform engineering or related tech.
• 3+ years hands-on ServiceNow administration/engineering.
• Strong ServiceNow administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and ops.
• Experience with upgrades, patches, cloning, releases, and instance mgmt.
• Security, roles, ACLs, users, groups, and platform config expertise.
• Hands-on JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting experience.
• REST/SOAP integrations and API work.
• MID Servers and enterprise system integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and collaboration skills.
• Experience with ITSM processes in large enterprise environments.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and optimize the ServiceNow platform across environments.
• Ensure availability, security, scalability, and performance through monitoring.
• Plan upgrades, patches, cloning, releases, and environment maintenance.
• Configure users, groups, roles, ACLs, system properties, and certificates.
• Manage MID Servers, integrations, and connectivity to enterprise apps.
• Troubleshoot issues; implement sustainable fixes and improvements.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, security, networking teams.
• Support ITSM capabilities; align configurations with security and governance.
• Coordinate platform changes, maintenance, releases, and DR processes.
• Develop documentation, runbooks, and architecture standards.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions using JavaScript, UI Policies, Flow Designer, REST/SOAP.
