Qualifications

• Six+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development in an enterprise setting.
• Experience administering, configuring, and enhancing the ServiceNow platform.
• Proficiency in HTML, Angular, and JavaScript.
• Experience with CMDB, CSDM, ITSM processes (Incident/Problem/Change).

Responsibilities

• Develop and release ServiceNow modules, workflows, and Service Catalog items.
• Design and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITSM.
• Configure Flow Designer, scripting, reporting, and data imports.
• Develop integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise services.
• Create and maintain CMDB accuracy aligned with CSDM.
• Collaborate with ITSM and client stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Architect integrations using LDAP, SSO, MID Servers, and web services.
• Maintain documentation and communicate complex concepts clearly.
