Job summary

DigiOffice Solutions LLC is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Engineer to architect and lead the ServiceNow platform within a large enterprise. This on-site role focuses on CMDB/CSDM maturity, complex integrations, and scalable configurations across ITSM processes.

Lead governance, platform standards, and operational readiness while mentoring junior engineers. Strong leadership and deep ServiceNow experience required in a major enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience in enterprise production environments.
• Expert-level experience configuring and supporting ServiceNow ITSM modules.
• Proven CMDB and CSDM implementation and maturity in a large enterprise.
• Advanced experience with workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, Flow Designer, and scripting (JavaScript).
• Deep experience with REST/SOAP API integrations, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
• Strong track record designing and maintaining SLAs, OLAs, dashboards, and executive-level reporting.
• Expert understanding of ITIL and enterprise ITSM processes.
• Ability to independently architect ServiceNow solutions from requirements through deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and optimization of ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, and automation.
• Architect and implement complex integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise platforms using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
• Drive platform upgrades, release planning, testing, and production deployments with minimal oversight.
• Establish and enforce platform development standards, coding best practices, and configuration governance.
• Identify and resolve complex platform performance, usability, and data quality issues.
• Lead CMDB implementation, ongoing maturity, and data quality initiatives across a large enterprise.
• Drive CSDM adoption — defining service relationships, application services, infrastructure CIs, and business service structures.
• Translate Service Design requirements into functional ServiceNow solutions including service tiering and escalation structures.
• Own ITSM module maturity across Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and SLA Management.
• Design and maintain SLAs, OLAs, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
• Lead governance — standards for development, data quality, configuration, and platform administration.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams on platform best practices.
