Job summary

Blue Sky Innovative Solutions LLC is seeking a cleared and experienced ServiceNow Administrator to support a DoD customer in the National Capital Region. This on-site Chantilly, VA role requires TS/SCI clearance and CSA certification at hire.

You will manage environments, deployments, and integrations across ITSM, ITAM, and HRSD, ensuring RMF compliance and contributing to CDRLs and documentation for government programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years enterprise ServiceNow administration experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance and U.S. citizenship.
• CSA certification active at hire.
• Experience with ITSM, ITAM, HRSD configuration.
• Experience deploying across dev, test, and production lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Own administration and health of ServiceNow development, test, and production environments.
• Manage user accounts, roles, groups, and access controls across instances.
• Execute platform migrations at least annually, within two releases of current.
• Coordinate and deploy workflow updates across ITSM, ITAM, HRSD, SPM, and CMDB.
• Maintain environment discipline; mirrors prod config and protects production data.
• Support API integrations between ServiceNow and external DoD platforms.
• Ensure RMF compliance with DoD security requirements in partnership with ISSE.
• Contribute to documentation, training materials, and government CDRL deliverables.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, CCBs, and program management reviews.

Blue Sky Innovative Solutions LLC is seeking a cleared and experienced ServiceNow Administrator to support our work with a U.S. Department of Defense customer at the forefront of national security. This is a high-impact role embedded with a mission-critical government enterprise team in the National Capital Region. As part of the Blue Sky team, you will keep our federal customer’s ServiceNow platform running at peak performance — managing environments, deploying capabilities, and ensuring every system meets the exacting standards of the DoD enterprise.

What You'll Do

• Own the administration and health of ServiceNow development, test, and production cloud environments.
• Manage user accounts, roles, groups, and access controls across all instances.
• Execute ServiceNow platform version migrations (minimum annually, staying within 2 versions of current release).
• Coordinate and deploy workflow updates across ITSM, ITAM, HRSD, SPM, and CMDB modules.
• Maintain strict environment discipline — dev/test never holds production data; mirrors prod config at all times.
• Support API integrations between ServiceNow and external DoD enterprise platforms.
• Partner with the ISSE to keep the platform compliant with RMF controls and DoD security requirements.
• Contribute to documentation, training materials, and government CDRL deliverables.
• Participate in agile sprint ceremonies, CCBs, and program management reviews.

What You Bring

• Active TS/SCI security clearance (must hold clearance at time of application — no exceptions).
• U.S. Citizenship.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) — active certification.
• 3+ years of enterprise ServiceNow administration experience.
• Experience with ITSM, ITAM, and/or HRSD module configuration.
• Proven ability to manage platform deployments across dev, test, and production lifecycle.

Preferred

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) — any module.
• Experience with DoD RMF, STIGs, and cloud ATO processes.
• ITIL v4 Foundation certification.
• Experience with ServiceNow REST/SOAP API integrations.
