The role includes configuring ServiceNow's ITSM and managing application integrations, requiring a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience along with a DoD Secret clearance. Ideal candidates should be well-versed in agile methodologies and possess excellent communication and troubleshooting skills. This position is critical for optimizing customer interactions and network performance.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of relevant experience or master's with 6-10 years of prior relevant experience.
• At least 6 years of experience with the design, development, and support of technology infrastructure.
• Experience with ServiceNow upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Support standup, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow modules.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems.
