Job summary
Insight Global in the Philadelphia suburbs seeks a ServiceNow Technical Lead to serve as the senior technical expert for the ServiceNow platform and drive enterprise-wide optimization, modernization, and strategy. This hands-on leadership role will guide upgrades, governance, and best practices across IT and business operations.

Qualifications
- ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications current and in good standing.
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience with deep expertise across HRSD, ITSM, SPM, ITOM, and CMDB.
- Proven experience leading ServiceNow platform upgrades, optimizations, governance initiatives, and enterprise-scale enhancements.
- Demonstrated ability to function as a technical lead, providing architectural guidance, mentoring developers, and independently delivering complex solutions.
- Associate's degree.
- Experience supporting a healthcare system or other highly regulated enterprise environment.
