You will be a core technical contributor delivering solutions across ServiceNow and related systems to support the firm’s business objectives. The role focuses on software design, development, and production code, with emphasis on building secure, high-quality applications and integrating with other services via REST APIs and UI

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts with practical application.
• 6+ years of extensive ServiceNow experience leading design, development and implementation.
• 2+ years of ITSM module expertise and IT service management knowledge.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into high-quality technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Executes software solutions, design, development, and troubleshooting for complex problems.
• Creates secure, high-quality production code and manages algorithms across systems.
• Produces architecture and design artifacts for complex applications and validates constraints.
• Gathers and analyzes data to visualize and improve software applications and systems.
• Proactively identifies data patterns to improve coding hygiene and architecture.
• Contributes to communities of practice exploring new technologies.
• Mentors junior developers and fosters collaboration and inclusivity.
• Communicates requirements clearly with stakeholders and teams.
