Job summary
DIA SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS LLC. is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Lead Developer/Administrator to drive end-to-end ServiceNow implementations for DFPS, including hands-on configuration, integration, and governance.
The role requires CSA certification and extensive ITSM/ITIL experience, with JS scripting, CMDB/CSDM expertise, and strong knowledge of ITOM, HRSD, and SecOps. Remote work with TX focus is offered.
Qualifications
- ServiceNow CSA certified
- CSA and Implementations certifications required
- Experience in end-to-end ServiceNow implementations in ITSM/ITIL/ SecOps
- Strong JavaScript scripting skills
- Experience with LDAP/AD/SSO and web services
- Experience with ITOM/CMDB/CSDM architecture
- Experience with DevSecOps, CI/CD, ATF
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations and act as ServiceNow administrator
- Deliver hands-on configuration, development, and integration services
- Lead architecture discussions, governance, and modernization opportunities
- Drive DevSecOps practices, CI/CD, and automated testing (ATF)
- Provide enterprise integrations and data quality across environments
- Mentor remote teams and share best practices
