Job summary

Texas Department of Family and Protective Services is seeking a ServiceNow Consultant/Developer to lead end-to-end implementation at DFPS in Austin, TX. Qualifications

• Hands-on ServiceNow development, customization and administration in ITSM/ITOM/ITBM.
• Experience across ITIL practices and security/regulatory disciplines.
• Strong communication and leadership during implementation and training.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation at DFPS.
• Provide hands-on configuration, development and integration services.
• Serve in a quality assurance capacity for project deliverables.
• Lead governance and architecture discussions with stakeholders.
• Implement DevSecOps, CI/CD, ATF and release governance.
• Design enterprise CMDB/CSDM strategies and data quality.
