Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Technology Analyst to lead ServiceNow Transformation initiatives and bridge business needs with technical solutions. You will guide client engagements, analyze requirements, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design effective system architectures.

You will mentor a multidisciplinary team, drive AI-enabled service delivery, and contribute to strategic roadmaps, while traveling as needed to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or similar.
• Typically, 2–4 years of ServiceNow project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification required.
• Minimum of one of: HR Service Delivery, Customer Service Management or Field Service Management certifications.
• 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Excellent communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork and organization.
• Experience leading teams and supervising others.
• US driver’s license and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow ESM/GBS engagements and solution delivery, incl. management, design, configuration and deployment.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 3–5 resources, including offshore.
• Provide guidance for ServiceNow process implementations and transformation.
• Analyze ESM/GBS capabilities and contribute insights to roadmaps.
• Lead client conversations and workshops connecting Now AI to business outcomes.
• Lead design sessions and requirements workshops with stakeholders.
• Support waterfall and agile delivery with planning, budgeting, risks and issues.
• Create high-quality project deliverables and artifacts.
