Job summary
Five Below is seeking a seasoned Platform Lead to own ServiceNow architecture and ITSM/ITOM strategy in a fast-paced retail tech environment. You will drive platform governance, backlog refinement, and solution design across Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge, CMDB, and integrations with PagerDuty, Zendesk, and Salesforce.

- Drive platform governance, architecture standards, and roadmap planning for ServiceNow.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solution design for ITSM capabilities including Incident, Change, Problem, Request, Knowledge, CMDB, ITOM, and the full support experience layer.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, supportable technical solutions.
- Define architecture patterns, data models, and integration approaches across platforms.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and governance.
- Provide architectural guidance during platform delivery activities, including backlog refinement and sprint planning.
