Job summary

Five Star Bank is seeking a strategic Technical Product Manager for the ServiceNow Platform to lead the vision, roadmap, and execution of our enterprise ServiceNow ecosystem. You will partner with senior stakeholders to align platform strategy with business objectives and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate has deep ServiceNow expertise (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, IT Asset Management) and a track record of delivering enterprise initiatives, governance, and scalable platform governance across

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in platform management or related roles, including ServiceNow platform initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and integrations.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams on large-scale initiatives.
• Experience implementing and scaling ITSM solutions in an enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the ServiceNow platform strategy, vision, and multi-year roadmap.
• Partner with senior leadership to identify opportunities for platform expansion and innovation.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development to drive high-performance delivery.
• Act as the primary product owner for ServiceNow, prioritizing initiatives by business value and feasibility.
• Drive governance, standardization, and best practices across the ServiceNow platform.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow initiatives, including ITSM rollout and enhancements.
• Oversee platform development, configurations, and integrations with other enterprise systems.
