Job summary

EY seeks a Senior ServiceNow Consultant to lead transformation teams and deliver ITSM solutions for clients. You’ll drive requirements, architecture design, and project delivery while mentoring a multi-disciplinary team of consultants and developers.

You’ll work in a hybrid model, travel as needed, and apply both waterfall and agile delivery methods to achieve measurable business outcomes in a dynamic, global environment. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar.
• Typically 2–4 years of ServiceNow ITSM project experience.
• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Minimum of one of: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM.
• 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Excellent soft skills – communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, organization.
• Experience leading teams and supervising others.
• A driver’s license valid in the U.S.
• Ability to travel to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Interact with business stakeholders to evaluate business models and processes.
• Analyze newly implemented technology solutions to verify they meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.
