Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Consultant to lead ITSM transformation and client engagements across diverse industries. You will guide design, configuration, testing and deployment while mentoring a 3–5 person team, including offshore resources. Travel to meet client needs is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline.
• Typically, 2–4 years ServiceNow ITSM project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• One of: ITSM Implementation Specialist certifications; 3+ years Big 4 consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow ITSM projects and deliverables across design, configuration, testing and deployment.
• Manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team including offshore resources.
• Provide guidance on best practices for ITSM process implementations and roadmap contributions.
• Facilitate client workshops and translate requirements into effective architecture solutions.
