Job summary

Templar Shield seeks an IRM Risk Consulting Manager to lead ServiceNow IRM engagements and broader risk programs for enterprise clients. You will direct discovery, planning, solution delivery, governance, and adoption, coordinating architects and delivery teams while ensuring client satisfaction and contractual compliance.

In this client-facing role you will mentor staff, support business development, and advance Templar Shield’s IRM practice.

Qualifications

Experience delivering ServiceNow IRM and governance, risk, and compliance programs.
Proven ability to lead client engagements, from discovery through post-production.
Ability to translate regulatory requirements into implementable IRM roadmaps.
Strong stakeholder management with executive engagement and governance.
Experience with risk, audit, policy management, and business continuity.

Responsibilities

Lead ServiceNow IRM and Risk Consulting engagements from discovery to post-production.
Define client objectives, governance, regulatory obligations, and operating models.
Facilitate interviews, workshops, steering committees, and governance meetings.
Ensure deliverables meet SOWs, budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
Manage delivery risks, scope changes, and communications with stakeholders.
Provide advisory guidance on governance, risk, compliance, and resilience practices.
Mentor Architects and consulting teams, plan resources, and support recruitment.
Oversee engagement metrics, financials, utilization, and client satisfaction.
Support business development and go-to-market activities for ServiceNow IRM.
