Job summary

LMI Government Consulting is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Implementation Specialist for a Federal DoD client. This fully remote role requires extensive ServiceNow expertise, requirements analysis, and strong Agile DevSecOps practices in client environments.

Travel within CONUS may be required. Responsibilities include delivering full implementation life cycles, coordinating with stakeholders, and demonstrating capabilities across multiple customers.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required in engineering, finance, economics, operations research, mathematics or related discipline.
• Ten (10) or more years of work experience.
• Five (5) or more years of experience in administration, configuration, or implementation of ServiceNow.
• Experience with Agile DevSecOps in client environments.
• Experience with ServiceNow platform capabilities in client environments.
• Experience with ServiceNow Business Rules and scripting on the ServiceNow Platform.
• Some travel may be required within CONUS only.

Responsibilities

• Deliver full implementation life cycle for ServiceNow deployments in complex client environments.
• Work with Agile teams in a virtual environment.
• Understand and translate customer ServiceNow business needs.
• Coordinate with client stakeholders to implement requirements in ServiceNow.
• Provide technical expertise on ServiceNow-related questions for assigned implementations.
• Deliver capability demonstrations to client stakeholders.
• Implement ServiceNow modules for multiple customers.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow as required.
• Create and manage ServiceNow Workspaces, Business Rules, UI actions, workflows, reports, dashboards, and portals.
