LMI is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Implementation Specialist for a Federal DoW client. This is a fully remote position within the United States.

The role requires expertise in ServiceNow, requirements analysis, critical thinking, and driving business growth while upholding high ethical standards. The candidate will deliver end-to-end ServiceNow deployments, collaborate with Agile teams in a virtual environment, and translate client needs into effective configurations and workflows to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (engineering, finance, economics, OR mathematics).
• Six+ years of work experience.
• Four+ years in configuration and implementation of the ServiceNow platform or applications.
• Experience with Agile DevSecOps techniques in a client environment.
• Experience with ServiceNow platform capabilities and scripting.
• Ability to travel within CONUS.

Responsibilities

• Deliver full ServiceNow implementation life cycle in complex client environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the full implementation life cycle to support the deployment of ServiceNow modules into complex client environments
• Work with Agile teams and methodologies in a virtual environment.
• Develop a good understanding of the customer’s ServiceNow business needs.
• Coordinate with client stakeholders to understand the mission needs of the client and implement those requirements in ServiceNow
• Provide technical expertise on all technical questions related to assigned implementation on the ServiceNow platform.
• Deliver in progress and final capability demonstrations of ServiceNow implementation to client stakeholders
• Implement ServiceNow modules for multiple customers.
• Implement configurations and customizations for multiple customers.
• Create and manage workspaces, business rules, UI actions, workflows, reports, dashboards, and user portals.

Qualifications

Required Experience

• Undergraduate degree required. Degree in engineering, finance, economics, operations research, mathematics, or a related discipline preferred.
• This position requires six (6) or more years’ work experience.
• Four (4) or more years’ experience in configuration and implementation of the ServiceNow platform or applications.
• Demonstrated experience in implementation and deployment of ServiceNow modules using Agile DevSecOps techniques in a client environment
• Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow platform capabilities in a client environment
• Demonstrated experience with the ServiceNow Business Rules and the scripting aspects of the ServiceNow Platform.
• Experience in ServiceNow application implementation and deployment
• Some travel may be required within CONUS only

Desired Experience

• Experience implementing ServiceNow within a Human Centered Design framework
• Demonstrated experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow Service Portal pages and widgets
• Demonstrated experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow Workspaces.
• Demonstrated experience with the implementation of ServiceNow in Customer Service Management (CSM) and one additional module: Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) domain, Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) or Integrated Risk Management.
• Demonstrated experience implementing ServiceNow modules to clients in the US Federal Government

Target salary range: $76,000 - $130,000.
