Job summary

KPMG LLP is seeking a Sr. Associate, ServiceNow in its Advisory practice to guide and drive ServiceNow implementations. You will lead workstreams across ITSM, ITOM, and IRM, manage teams, and translate client needs into technical requirements, while maintaining high standards of integrity and collaboration.

You will leverage CSA and CIS certifications, maintain governance over development standards, and present progress to stakeholders in a fast-paced, team-oriented consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience managing and maintaining large enterprise systems, with significant ServiceNow exposure.
• Completion of at least one full ServiceNow implementation and current CSA certification.
• Ability to lead agile delivery, with strong collaboration across on‑shore/off‑shore teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of ServiceNow engagements across ITSM/ITOM/IRM.
• Lead client workshops to translate complex needs into technical requirements.
• Develop and review ServiceNow content to ensure adherence to development standards.
