• 4+ years in lead, focal or product owner role.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional operations of the ServiceNow platform ensuring reliability and governance.
• Provide guidance to a Product Support Analyst and coordinate with IT and HR.
• Own delivery of ServiceNow enhancements including requirements and testing.
• Translate business needs into ServiceNow improvements with HR partners.
• Leverage AI and automation to improve efficiency.
• Analyze trends and improve adoption and service delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize enhancements.
