Job summary

Humana is seeking a senior product leader to own the Service Operations portfolio, driving incident and knowledge management improvements through ServiceNow. You will define strategy, write user stories, and prioritize backlogs while coordinating with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders.

You will lead the design of solutions that reduce incidents, improve resolution, and enable AI-driven automation across multiple platforms, aligning with enterprise OKRs and measurable business

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering, Business Administration, MIS or related field.
12+ years in product management, ITSM product ownership, or enterprise IT leadership.
Experience as Product Owner/Manager with strategy, roadmap, backlog ownership, requirements and user stories.

Responsibilities

Own Service Operations portfolio spanning Incident, Major Incident, Problem and Knowledge Management.
Drive ServiceNow platform enhancements and integrations across the portfolio.
Lead backlog and feature definition with user stories, acceptance criteria and business outcomes.
