Job summary

BRMi is seeking an experienced ServiceNow HRSD professional to design, configure, develop, implement, and optimize HRSD solutions. The role requires hands-on development, testing, and ongoing optimization across Employee Center Pro, HR Case Management, and Knowledge Management.

You will work with HR stakeholders, design scalable HRSD workflows, and ensure best practices while delivering integrations and reporting. This is a hybrid role based in Vienna, VA with in-person interviews required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of ServiceNow experience with HRSD including HR case management.
• 4+ years of product development experience with ServiceNow HRSD.
• Certified ServiceNow CSA and CAD required.
• Advanced ServiceNow development: JavaScript, Glide scripting, UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, REST/SOAP.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, develop, implement, and optimize ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
• Design, prototype, test, and implement HRSD capabilities including Employee Center Pro and HR Case Management.
• Develop and deploy ServiceNow solutions using JavaScript and Glide scripting.
• Create dashboards to monitor KPIs and HR services.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing platform optimization.
