Job summary

Valid8 Financial, Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow HR Technical Consultant who can work remotely. The ideal candidate has over 2 years of direct ServiceNow experience, specifically with the HRSD product. They will design and deploy solutions, document configurations, and assist clients with testing and demonstrations. Required skills include service-oriented communication and the ability to obtain certifications swiftly. Qualifications

• 2+ years of Professional Services Experience.
• 2+ years of Direct ServiceNow Experience.
• Willing to obtain Public Trust Clearance.
• Have or obtain ServiceNow CSA Certification within 6 months.
• Have or obtain ServiceNow CIS-HR Certification within 6 months.
• Ability to travel up to 15% to customer locations nationally.
• Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn every day.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ServiceNow Development projects to configure, develop, test and deploy ServiceNow applications.
• Assist customers with executing testing scenarios and plans.
• Educate customers on ServiceNow products and solutions by delivering effective demonstrations.
• Participate in design workshops and activities to help shape requirements.
