ROBOTIC PROCESS AUTOMATION LLC seeks a Senior Developer to join the Enterprise Risk Management Technologies Team. You will configure and tailor out-of-the-box ServiceNow GRC solutions to meet unique business needs, including UI, workflows, and integrations.

Responsibilities include designing and implementing GRC modules, managing users and ACLs, and deploying updates. The role requires 7+ years of ServiceNow experience and strong scripting with Glide.

• Proficient with Glide Record queries and scripting.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow GRC modules to meet requirements.
• Configure UI elements: Forms, Fields, Lists, Views, Dashboards, Portals.
• Configure workflows: Business Rules, Flows, Notifications, Events.
• Manage Users, Roles, Groups, ACLs and Update Sets.
• Handle data imports into GRC tables and build integrations via REST API or Integration Hub.
• Conduct functional testing of GRC workflows and support agile sprints.
• Provide production and end-user support and contribute to deployment planning.
