Job Summary: ServiceNow Application Developer

Location: McLean, VA and Plano, TX

• Serve as a Senior ServiceNow Application Developer within the Enterprise Risk Management Technologies Team.
• Configure and integrate “out-of-the-box” ServiceNow solutions to meet unique business requirements.
• Design, develop, and implement complex ServiceNow GRC modules and workflows.
• Customize solution UI (Forms, Fields, Lists, Views, Workspaces, UI Policies, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Dashboards, Reports, Service Catalog, Portals).
• Configure solution workflows (Business Rules, Scheduled Jobs, Script Includes, Flows, Workflows, Notifications, Mail Scripts, Events).
• Manage user access, roles, groups, and ACLs.
• Develop and deploy Update Sets and perform data imports into GRC tables.
• Build and maintain system integrations using Integration Hub and REST APIs.
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Execute functional and component testing on GRC workflows and provide ongoing support.
• Participate in agile sprints, scrum ceremonies, and deployment planning.
• Ensure solutions adhere to software compliance standards.
• Create and maintain technical solution documentation.
• Proactively manage multiple priorities and deadlines in an enterprise environment.
