Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a ServiceNow Application Developer.
• 3+ years as a Certified ServiceNow Application Developer.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow GRC modules and enterprise app development.
• 4+ years in JavaScript, AJAX, XML, JSON, HTML and CSS.
• Proficiency in GlideRecord queries, scripting and best practices.
• Experience building integrations using REST APIs and Integration Hub.
• Experience configuring forms, fields, lists, views, UI policies, and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow GRC solutions based on business requirements.
• Configure workflows, business rules, script includes, scheduled jobs, flows, notifications, events, and mail scripts.
• Manage users, roles, groups, ACLs, and security configurations.
• Create, manage, and deploy update sets across environments.
• Develop data imports into ServiceNow GRC application tables.
• Build and maintain system integrations using REST APIs and Integration Hub.
• Perform functional testing and support workflow validation.
• Create technical documentation and support deployment activities.
• Provide production support and resolve application issues.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
