ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TECHNOLOGIES LLC in Grand Prairie, TX seeks a Senior Developer to configure and integrate out-of-the-box ServiceNow solutions, tailoring them to meet enterprise risk management needs.

You will design and implement GRC modules, customize UI, workflows, and access controls, and collaborate with the product team in agile sprints. The role includes ongoing production support and deployment planning to ensure compliance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Certified ServiceNow Application Developer with 7+ years of experience designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions.
• Proficient with Glide Record queries and scripting.
• Experience building and configuring GRC modules and integrations.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow GRC modules aligned to requirements.
• Configure UI: Forms, Fields, Lists, Views, Dashboards, Reports, Portals.
• Configure workflows: Business Rules, Flows, Notifications, Events.
• Manage Users, Roles, Groups, ACLs; handle Update Sets.
• Integrate with data sources via Integration Hub and REST API; support data imports.
• Conduct functional testing on GRC workflows; provide end-user support.
• Participate in agile sprints; contribute to deployment planning and compliance.

Senior Developer will be part of the Enterprise Risk Management Technologies Team and will be responsible for the configuration and integration of "out-of-the-box" ServiceNow solutions, tailoring them to meet unique business needs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow GRC modules in alignment with solution requirements.
• Configure solution UI, including Forms, Fields, Lists, Views, Workspaces, UI Policies, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Dashboards, Reports, Service Catalog, and Portals.
• Configure solution workflows, including Business Rules, Scheduled Jobs, Script Includes, Flows, Workflows, Notifications, Mail Scripts, and Events.
• Configure Users, Roles, Groups, and ACLs.
• Create, manage, and deploy Update Sets.
• Experience with data imports into GRC application tables.
• Build system integrations using Integration Hub and REST API.
• Execute functional component testing on GRC workflows.
• As a member of the product team, participate in agile sprints and scrum ceremonies.
• Provide ongoing production and end-user support.
• Participate in deployment planning, ensuring adherence to software compliance standards.

Required Qualifications

Certified ServiceNow Application Developer with 7+ years of experience in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.

Proficient with Glide Record queries and scripting.
