Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Columbus, OH is seeking a ServiceNow FSO Developer with 1.10+ years of hands-on development and 2.2+ years in FSO/CSM. You will design, build and optimize FSO applications, integrate with other platforms, and implement API-led patterns.

You will work with stakeholders to automate processes, develop dashboards, and ensure governance and best practices on the ServiceNow platform. A CSA/CAD/CIS-CSM certs preferred.

Qualifications

• 1.10+ years hands-on development in ServiceNow.
• 2.2+ years experience in ServiceNow FSO or CSM.
• Bachelor of Computer Science or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure and develop ServiceNow FSO apps and workflows.
• Build and customize apps using App Engine Studio.
• Develop business rules, client scripts, UI policies, Flow Designer flows, Integration Hub spokes, and Script Includes.
• Design and implement integrations using Integration Hub.
• Develop REST/SOAP integrations where IH spoke is unavailable.
• Design API-led integrations, MID server architecture, and data synchronization patterns.
• Adhere to ServiceNow best practices, CSDM, and platform governance.
• Leverage ServiceNow AI and automation to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
• Create dashboards, reports and PA indicators for vulnerability KPIs and trends.

Salary Range - $130,000-$170,000 a year
