• 7 years of experience implementing ServiceNow with at least 2 large customers.
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform design and concepts.
• Experience with dispatching business processes and FSM implementations.

Responsibilities

• Act as Senior technical authority in a large-scale ServiceNow FSM implementation for a healthcare company.
• Design technical solutions translating business requirements into scalable ServiceNow designs.
• Mentor other solution architects and developers within the team.
