Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Consultant to lead transformation teams, manage client relationships, and deliver architecture solutions. You will bridge business needs with technical delivery, interacting with stakeholders and guiding both onshore and offshore teams in a hybrid work environment.

The role emphasizes driving AI-enabled ServiceNow capabilities, agile and waterfall delivery, and building out strategic roadmaps across ESM/GBS functions. A strong consulting background and U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as CS, ISM, or engineering.
• 2–4 years of ServiceNow project experience.
• CSA or CAD certification.
• At least one of HR Service Delivery, Customer Service Management, Field Service Management implementation certifications.
• 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Strong communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork and organization.
• Experience leading teams and supervising others.
• Valid driver's license in the U.S.
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs.
