Job summary

Quantum Technologies. LLC is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, test, and deploy custom ServiceNow applications and integrations, aligning with ITIL processes and security policies.

You will implement and support multiple ServiceNow modules including Incident, Change, Asset, CMDB, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management, while collaborating with business analysts and end users. Remote-friendly with occasional onsite travel.

Qualifications

• BS in a relevant discipline with 7+ years of directly relevant ServiceNow experience.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOE Security Clearance.
• Willing to travel onsite as needed; remote work possible.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom ServiceNow applications and integrations on the ServiceNow platform.
• Implement and support multiple ServiceNow modules including Incident, Change, Asset, CMDB, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management.
• Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and end-users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow applications to improve functionality and user experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and workflows.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specs, user guides, and support procedures.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices in application development.
• Provide training and support to end-users and other IT staff as needed.
• Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates, new features, and industry best practices.
