Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Proven experience developing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow applications.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, lifecycle, and secure development practices.
• Experience with ITSM, Service Catalog, CMDB, Asset Management, Knowledge Management, or related modules.
• Hands-on experience with Now Assist and AI-driven features.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
• Design, develop, configure, test, and maintain ServiceNow apps, modules, and integrations.
• Lead development across ITSM, request management, knowledge, CMDB, and related areas.
• Maintain and optimize existing ServiceNow applications for reliability and performance.
• Troubleshoot issues related to functionality, performance, and data quality.
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
