Job summary

Alrek Business Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, integrate, and enhance scalable solutions across the ServiceNow platform. You will work on ITSM modules and build secure integrations.

Responsibilities include developing and maintaining ServiceNow applications, creating scripted REST APIs, and configuring workflows with Flow Designer. Strong collaboration and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience with Employee Center, Service Portal, UI Builder, Configurable Workspaces, and ServiceNow data models.
• Knowledge of ACLs, automated testing, source control, code reviews, security, and release management.
• CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, or ITIL certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining ServiceNow applications.
• Building secure integrations using REST, SOAP, Webhooks, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
• Creating scripted REST APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer workflows.
• Configuring and enhancing ITSM capabilities including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog, and CMDB.
