DirectViz Solutions (DVS) is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team in the DC metro region. The role focuses on extensive ServiceNow development (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, NowAssist, CMDB) and integrating AI modules like Virtual Agent and Predictive Intelligence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience.
• Proficient in JavaScript, ServiceNow APIs, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Power Apps.
• ServiceNow certifications (Developer/AI) preferred.
• Ability to obtain a public trust clearance.
• Candidates located in the DC metro region are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Extensive ServiceNow development including ITSM, HRSD, CSM, NowAssist, RAPTOR DB, Workflow Data Fabric, and CMDB.
• JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting for client- and server-side customization.
• Implement AI modules like Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, and Performance Analytics.
• Leverage LLM concepts for NLU and instruction optimization.
• Build chatbots using NowAssist features and related technologies (AI Search, Virtual Agent, Skills Builder, AI Agent Studio, Workflow Builder).
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and external AI services (OpenAI, Azure Cognitive, Google Cloud AI).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Develop conversational AI platforms and CI/CD pipelines in Agile environments.
• Design cloud-native, serverless solutions and UX/UI for ServiceNow apps.
• Understand and optimize performance with RaptorDB and HTAP architecture.
