Job summary

Matlen Silver is seeking a self-motivated lead software developer to drive development of new products and enhancements to existing systems in a fast-paced environment. You will lead design, coding, and deployment for large-scale applications, collaborate across teams, and communicate effectively to ensure project success and compliance.

Strong leadership, expertise in OO design, database design, and XML schemas preferred; familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field).
• 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Expertise in Object Oriented Design, Database Design, and XML Schema.
