Job summary

VALIANT TECHNOLOGIES LLC seeks a Senior Developer to design, configure, and implement ServiceNow GRC modules, tailoring out-of-the-box solutions to enterprise needs. You will configure UI, workflows, users, roles, ACLs, and Integration Hub connections while aligning with compliance and deployment plans.

The role includes testing, end-user support, and active participation in agile ceremonies within the Enterprise Risk Management Technologies Team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.
• Proficient with Glide Record queries and scripting.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow GRC modules aligned with requirements.
• Configure solution UI (Forms, Fields, Lists, Views, Dashboards, Portals, Service Catalog).
• Configure solution workflows (Business Rules, Flows, Workflows, Notifications, Events).
• Configure Users, Roles, Groups, and ACLs; manage Update Sets.
• Handle data imports into GRC tables and build integrations using Integration Hub and REST API.
• Conduct functional testing on GRC workflows and related components.
• Participate in agile sprints and scrum ceremonies as part of the product team.
• Provide ongoing production and end-user support and assist deployment planning per compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow GRC modules in alignment with solution requirements.
• Configure solution UI, including Forms, Fields, Lists, Views, Workspaces, UI Policies, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Dashboards, Reports, Service Catalog, and Portals.
• Configure solution workflows, including Business Rules, Scheduled Jobs, Script Includes, Flows, Workflows, Notifications, Mail Scripts, and Events.
• Configure Users, Roles, Groups, and ACLs.
• Create, manage, and deploy Update Sets.
• Experience with data imports into GRC application tables.
• Build system integrations using Integration Hub and REST API.
• Execute functional component testing on GRC workflows.
• As a member of the product team, participate in agile sprints and scrum ceremonies.
• Provide ongoing production and end-user support.
• Participate in deployment planning, ensuring adherence to software compliance standards.

Required Qualifications

Certified ServiceNow Application Developer with 7+ years of experience in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.

Proficient with Glide Record queries and scripting.
