Job summary

Matlen Silver seeks an experienced senior ServiceNow developer to implement and maintain the Third Party Risk Management module within a large enterprise ServiceNow platform. You will design, configure, and integrate applications, workflows, and catalog items while aligning with enterprise standards and SDLC practices.

Qualifications

• ServiceNow certifications: System Administrator/CSA and CIS.
• 3-5+ years experience developing and supporting ServiceNow applications.
• Experience configuring Workspaces, Flows, ACLs, Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Actions/Pages, Forms, Playbooks, Portals, and/or Reports.
• Proficiency with JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, APIs, integrations, and workflow automation.
• Experience designing integrations with REST, SOAP, and Scripted REST APIs.
• Strong SDLC, release management, testing and deployment practices using Agile.

This job is responsible for understanding the out of the box configuration, industry best practices, as well as ServiceNow’s capabilities to extend and integrate with supporting solutions. Job expectations include coordinating with Product Owner and platform Architects to deliver compliant business value within an established Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and change management frameworks.

• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies, release management, testing, and deployment practices leveraging Agile methodology.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
• Experience working within large enterprise environments, preferably in the financial services or other highly regulated industries.
• Experience supporting risk, compliance, governance, or enterprise service management initiatives.
• Familiarity with regulatory, audit, and cybersecurity requirements common within financial institutions.
