Job summary

KeyLogic, LLC seeks a Senior ServiceNOW Developer to lead design, configuration, and integration of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM and related modules for our government-focused clients. You will translate complex requirements into scalable platform capabilities, implement workflow automation, and ensure secure, compliant deployments.

This onsite role requires strong scripting (JavaScript), REST/SOAP integrations, and experience with IntegrationHub, MID Server, and AI-assisted features.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience developing, configuring, and supporting applications within the ServiceNow platform.
• Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow scripting and development technologies, including JavaScript, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP integrations.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, application lifecycle management, and secure development practices.
• Experience with ITSM, Service Catalog, CMDB, Asset Management, Knowledge Management, or related platform capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions.
• Design, develop, configure, test, and maintain ServiceNow applications and integrations.
• Lead development across ITSM, request management, knowledge, CMDB, and related modules.
• Maintain and optimize ServiceNow applications for reliability and performance.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP and IntegrationHub.
