Job summary

Empower AI in Quantico, VA is seeking an Integration Developer to design and build secure integrations between the enterprise ITSM platform (ServiceNow) and systems like Active Directory, MECM/SCCM, and Power BI. This role combines hands-on development with government security requirements and a hybrid work model with remote eligibility.

You will lead sprint planning, mentor junior developers, and ensure RMF-compliant interfaces, data lineage, and verified deployments. The position requires U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years related experience; or Master's with 8+ years.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and have Active Secret Clearance.
• DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level I baseline certification required.
• Willing to obtain Top Secret eligibility if needed.
• 10 years software development experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow and enterprise ITSM integrations.
• Strong communication and mentoring ability.
• Experience Agile demonstrations, UAT, stakeholder acceptance.

Responsibilities

• Design secure, resilient ITSM integrations using IntegrationHub and REST/SOAP.
• Develop and test integrations for Active Directory, MECM/SCCM, Power BI dashboards.
• Monitor integration health and document data lineage for RMF.
• Develop custom ITSM applications and workflows (ServiceNow).
• Manage enterprise ticket lifecycle and CMDB data quality.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, QA, and stakeholder acceptance.
• Support UAT and demonstrations.
