Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer for a 100% remote role in the United States. The candidate will manage hands-on configuration and development across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom apps, focusing on robust, upgrade-safe code.

Qualifications

10+ years hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
Strong JavaScript skills including ES5/ES6 patterns.
Deep expertise with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and UI Policies.
Experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
Hands-on integration experience using REST, SOAP, and MID Servers.
Strong understanding of the ServiceNow data model and CMDB concepts.
Experience with Service Portal widget development.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) credential.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Design and develop ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom scoped applications.
Build workflows using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Process Automation Designer where appropriate.
Write clean, well-tested server-side and client-side scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions).
Develop scoped applications that follow platform best practices and avoid global-scope pollution.
Build integrations with enterprise systems using IntegrationHub spokes, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Servers.
Develop catalog items, request workflows, and end-to-end fulfillment automation.
