Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to build and maintain solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom apps. The role focuses on hands‑on configuration and development — including workflows, Flow Designer, scripting, integrations, UI customization, and platform extensions — while applying best practices to keep the platform upgrade‑safe and performant.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of ServiceNow experience, strong JavaScript, and CSA/CD

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Five or more years hands‑on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong JavaScript skills including ES5/ES6 patterns used in ServiceNow.
• Deep expertise with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and UI Policies.
• Experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Hands‑on integration experience using REST, SOAP, and MID Servers.
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow data model and CMDB concepts.
• Experience with Service Portal widget development.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) credential.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom apps.
• Hands‑on configuration, scripting, and integrations to deliver upgrade‑safe, high‑performing implementations.
• Apply best practices to keep the platform clean and upgradeable while balancing declarative and programmatic approaches.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
