Ladders is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our client’s IT leadership team. This remote role focuses on building and enhancing enterprise workflow solutions that improve operational efficiency and service delivery, with emphasis on reliability and scalability.

You will design, test, and deploy technical solutions, create integrations via REST and SOAP APIs, and apply AI-assisted tools to accelerate delivery.

Qualifications

• 6+ years SDLC experience with a focus on JavaScript.
• Proven ability to design and build external integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will focus on building and enhancing enterprise workflow solutions that improve operational efficiency and support reliable service delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, integrate, test, and deploy technical solutions that meet business needs. The position also involves maintaining high code quality, supporting system reliability, and documenting solutions to enable long-term scalability.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $119,000 – $161,000 annually

Responsibilities
