Job summary
Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Solutions Developer to join our remote US-centered team. You will build and maintain ITSM/ITOM/HRSD/CSM solutions, focusing on hands-on configuration, scripting, integrations, and platform extensions while ensuring upgrade-safe, scalable code.
The ideal candidate brings 6+ years of ServiceNow development experience, strong JavaScript, and a track record shipping production solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Five or more years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong JavaScript skills including ES5/ES6 patterns used in ServiceNow.
- Deep expertise with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and UI Policies.
- Experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
- Hands-on integration experience using REST, SOAP, and MID Servers.
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow data model and CMDB concepts.
- Experience with Service Portal widget development.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) credential.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
