Job summary

Hilton is seeking a ServiceNow Developer/Administrator to grow the ServiceNow platform, digitize the workplace for Team Members, and deliver service management solutions. You will configure and develop ServiceNow components including Catalog, Mapping, CMDB Discovery, Integrations, and Automation, while ensuring consistency across dev, test, and production environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or higher, in Computer Science, Information technology, or a related field and three (3) years of experience in ServiceNow Developer/Administrator or a related field.
• Experience with ServiceNow administration and development including JavaScript, AngularJS, AJAX, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap; Scrum or Agile development processes; Orchestration; workflow automation; integration development using REST, SOAP, and MID servers; CSDM/CMDB concepts; and building scalable web/mobile interfaces on the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

• Grow the Hilton ServiceNow platform and digitize the workplace for Team Members.
• Configure/develop ServiceNow including Service Catalog items, Service Mapping, CMDB Discovery, Integrations, Workflow, and Automation; ensure environment consistency.
• Travel up to 10% domestically.
