Job summary

• Experience with ServiceNow administration and development including JavaScript, AngularJS, AJAX, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap; Scrum or Agile development processes; Orchestration; workflow automation; integration development using REST, SOAP, and MID servers; CSDM/CMDB concepts; and building scalable web/mobile interfaces on the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

What will I be doing?

Serve as a key contributor to grow Hilton ServiceNow platform. Drive the digitization of the workplace and improve the user experience for our Team Members. Collaborate with the Director of ServiceNow and focus on delivering service management solutions for Hilton teams. Configure/develop the ServiceNow platform including the implementation of Service catalog items, Service Mapping, CMDB Discovery, Integrations, Workflow, and Automation. Ensure platform consistency across development, test, and production environments. Job requires up to 10% of domestic travel.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or higher, in Computer Science, Information technology, or a related field and three (3) years of experience in ServiceNow Developer/Administrator or a related field.

Requires experience with ServiceNow administration and development including JavaScript, AngularJS, AJAX, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap; Scrum or Agile development processes; Orchestration; workflow automation; integration development using REST, SOAP, and MID servers; understanding of Common Service Data Model, CMDB, user-centered design, building scalable, impactful web, and mobile interfaces on the ServiceNow platform; creating service catalog and request workflow design and configuration; performing project scoping, organization and management, including business and IT requirements using Agile environment; and facilitating ServiceNow Performance Analytics in delivering out-of-box services.
