Job summary

IntraEdge is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Developer to drive timely delivery of development projects across the complete lifecycle in a dynamic Phoenix environment. You will mentor engineers, review designs, and estimate design/build/test phases while documenting specifications and implementation details.

You will collaborate with product owners to refine requirements, drive success, and participate in Scrum teams using Jira while ensuring ITSM, ITOM, and SecOps standards are met.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow platform development experience.
• In-depth knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, and SecOps.
• Experience with integrations and API development (REST, JSON).
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for timely delivery of development projects across the full lifecycle.
• Provides estimates for design, build, test, and implementation phases.
• Performs regular code reviews and mentors engineers on design and coding techniques.
• Assists with updates to program specification and implementation documentation.
• Consults to product owners to drive requirements to success.
• Participates in a scrum team applying agile principles with Jira.
