Job summary

Collaboredge Inc. is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

You will maintain ITSM, ITFM, HRSD, ITOM, PPM, and SPM modules and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. You will work with product owners to build items using workflows, document business requirements, and perform continuous service improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development (ITSM, ITFM, HRSD, ITOM, PPM, SPM).
• CAD/CIS or CAD certification highly desired.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, enhances, debugs, and implements software.
• Troubleshoots production problems related to software applications.
• Designs and develops new software products or major enhancements.
• Addresses problems of systems integration, compatibility, and multiple platforms.
• Consults with project teams and end users to identify application requirements.
• Instructs, assigns, directs, and checks the work of other software developers on development team.
