Bachelor's degree required; IT/CS preferred.
Experience with ITSM, CSM, ITOM modules.

Responsibilities

Administer and optimize the ServiceNow platform; ensure high availability.
Coordinate upgrades, patches, releases, and development with teams and vendors.
Develop integrations via APIs and data imports; support automation initiatives.
Configure applications, workflows, and catalog items to meet requirements.
Create custom ServiceNow apps to improve efficiency and user experience.
Document Release notes, knowledge articles, and support materials.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Assist governance, performance optimization, and continuous improvement.
